01Can you supply toner for a printer we already own?
Yes, if you give the make and exact model, and ideally the toner part number printed on the cartridge. Say whether you want the manufacturer's own cartridges or compatible ones.
02How do I pick the paper size for drawings?
Use the sheet sizes your drawings are issued in, such as ISO A series or ANSI and ARCH sizes. A plotter is selected by the widest roll or sheet it takes, so state the largest drawing and whether it prints from roll or sheet.
03Why is monthly volume asked for?
Printers are built for a duty level. A model used far above its rated monthly volume wears out sooner and costs more per page. State the volume so a machine of the right class is quoted.
