Questions
Questions
01Can you supply the exact model we use today?
If it is still sold, send the make and model and the configuration. If it has been replaced, we quote the nearest current model and say what differs. Specify the minimum configuration that is acceptable.
02Does the keyboard layout matter?
Yes. Spanish and English layouts differ in some keys, and a wrong layout is hard to fix after delivery. State the layout and language in the request, and the operating system language if it matters.
03Are software licences included?
Only when the request says so. Name the operating system and the software, and the licence type, so it is quoted as part of the order. The warranty is the one the manufacturer states.
Send the specification. We will take it from there.
