In short
JJ Projects provides three connected services: industrial engineering (mechanical, process and refractory), equipment and material procurement (sourcing, evaluation, purchase-order follow-up, inspection coordination and delivery), and project management (planning, estimating, procurement and field management). The company is based in Houston, Texas, and works across the Americas.
Each service can be engaged alone. Most projects use them together, because a requirement that is engineered, bought and coordinated by one team has fewer hand-offs where details are lost.

Engineering
JJ Projects performs mechanical and process engineering calculations for pressure vessels (separators, scrubbers, filters), heat exchangers, air coolers, pig launchers and receivers, columns, pipelines, slug catchers, storage tanks and structural steel, and refractory engineering for heaters, reformers, boilers and other high-temperature equipment.

Procurement
JJ Projects sources industrial equipment and materials from manufacturers and authorized distributors, evaluates offers technically and commercially against the specification, places and follows up purchase orders, coordinates inspection and organizes delivery. It covers steel and piping, valves and process equipment, refractory, electrical and instrumentation, safety, and IT and office supply.

Project management
JJ Projects manages industrial projects through planning, estimating, procurement and field management. Material, labour and field costs are estimated into an execution baseline; procurement and inspection follow the project priorities; and site coordination keeps scope, schedule and material status visible until the work is complete.
